Type of vines. 50% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon.

Surface. 12 hectares

Ground. Calcareous Argilo.

Wine making. Mechanical vintage with sorting and picking off, approximately fourteen days cuvaison, daily control of the temperatures, between 28°C and 30°C of fermentation, malo-lactic fermentation and filtration on ground.

Characteristics of the wine. The Sauvignon Cabernet brings its wealth of tannin which makes the wine a good ageing potential. Merlot brings the flexibility, the roundness and the wine body. It gives more coloured, more flexible and less tannic wines. Bouquet complexes with red notes of fruits, vanilla and spices.
